Job Description
Elevation Connect is seeking a skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data from various systems into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.
You will be responsible for compiling presentations that effectively communicate data stories using standard visualization practices. Your findings will directly influence client partnerships and internal management, supporting optimization initiatives across operations, workforce, quality assurance, and employee development.
The ideal candidate is deeply inquisitive, possesses strong quantitative and research skills, and can clearly articulate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to establish key metrics and act as a thought leader to strengthen client relationships and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing data through presentations, dashboards, and reports, delivering strategic recommendations, and assisting in translating business requirements into reporting deliverables. You will also proactively monitor metrics, support workforce optimization, and contribute to data quality initiatives.
Prior experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Five9, Talkdesk) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly desirable, as is familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Qlik.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert raw data from disparate systems into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Compile presentations leveraging data visualization standards to communicate data stories concisely.
- Guide audiences toward data-driven decisions for process improvement and performance optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Workforce Optimization, Quality Assurance, Employee Development, Marketing Operations, and client partners.
- Develop an analytics framework to optimize and scale business operations.
- Create data visualizations via presentations, dashboards, and reports using various tools (Excel, PowerPoint, BI Tools).
- Deliver actionable strategic and tactical recommendations in a consultative approach.
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables.
- Proactively monitor metrics and make recommendations to maximize performance results and ROI.
- Provide supporting data and recommendations for workforce optimization initiatives.
- Advance data quality and data management efforts across the organization.
- Compile and analyze data to support ad hoc and ongoing operational needs.
- Compile client-facing reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly operational requirements.
- Generate content and co-facilitate quarterly business reviews for client partnerships.
- Conduct data discovery and requirements elicitation for new project implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred (Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or Economics).
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in an analytics role preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in contact center operations required.
- Prior experience in a BPO or virtual workforce environment preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skillset required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (MS PowerPoint and MS Word), Google suite.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Advanced critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage concurrent responsibilities autonomously.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
