Job Description

Stears is seeking motivated Junior Data Associates to join our fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in accounting, finance, or economics to apply their knowledge in a dynamic data-driven environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing company and financial reports, transforming them into structured datasets. You will also be trained and expected to learn LLM workflows and automation tools, such as n8n, to enhance our data processing capabilities.
