Job Description
Crimson Oak Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join their team in Lagos.
This full-time, on-site role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing insightful reports, and monitoring industry trends to provide actionable intelligence for client stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a curious mindset.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct desk research and data gathering on markets, industries, competitors, and consumer trends.
- Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights.
- Support the development of research reports, presentations, and briefing materials for client stakeholders.
- Monitor industry news and policies relating to the client’s sector.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure research aligns with strategic objectives.
- Present findings in a clear and structured manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in research, consulting, data analysis, or related fields (internships and NYSC experience count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
