Job Description

An investment group is actively seeking a skilled Project Performance and Data Analyst to join their team.

This critical role focuses on the meticulous analysis of project data to ensure successful delivery, adhering to timelines, budgets, and specifications. You will be instrumental in identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to enhance overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute assigned strategic projects
Drive innovation within projects by researching new methodologies, tools, technologies and best practices that improve projects outcomes, efficiency or strategic values.
Deliver projects within scope, time and expected outcomes
Drive data-driven initiatives and advanced analytics across the group
Ensure data accuracy, reporting governance, and risk awareness in analytics work
Maintain integrity and reliability of business data
Improve performance visibility and suitability and reduce manual reporting
Improve decision-making through analytics
Maintain strong stakeholders engagement through clear communication, expectations management and proactive updates
Ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and documentation standards
Support digital transformation through dashboards, automation and reporting tools
Integrate forward thinking solutions that enhance project effectiveness and business performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, statistics, data science or computer science
Professional qualifications in data analysis, project management, Finance, Accounting etc is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years in project management, data analysis, Business intelligence
Knowledge of the financial services industry is important.
Good communication, project presentation, business intelligence and reporting, analytics, research and stakeholders management
