Job Description

MagicSchool AI is looking for a highly analytical Senior GTM Analyst to join our remote team. This role is central to our mission of providing actionable revenue insights by bridging the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making.

You will be instrumental in optimizing marketing spend through advanced attribution models, enhancing sales funnel conversion rates by identifying friction points, and ensuring the reliability of our GTM dashboards. Leveraging AI tools to automate reporting tasks will also be a key aspect of this position, driving efficiency and accelerating insight delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to optimize marketing ROI and budget allocation.
  • Identify friction points in inbound and outbound sales motions to drive increases in lead-to-close conversion rates.
  • Maintain accuracy and uptime for all GTM dashboards within BI tools, providing dependable daily reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks and accelerate insight delivery.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure aligned data definitions across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales analytics with a deep understanding of pipeline health and customer journeys.
  • High proficiency in SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker.
  • Proven track record of acting as a 'grinder' in growth-stage companies, navigating the 'messy middle' between startup chaos and structured scale.
  • Comfort working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales performance data extraction and analysis.
  • Practical experience using AI and machine learning tools to enhance data analysis and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment.
