Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in driving informed decision-making across the organization by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing user data, transaction flows, and market trends to guide product development and overall business strategy. You will build and maintain essential dashboards and reports that provide critical visibility to the entire team. Your analytical skills will also be applied to modeling financial projections, unit economics, and growth scenarios. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and meticulously track progress towards our strategic goals.

  • You can translate messy data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of Nigerian fintech landscape, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior
