Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and results-oriented Collection Agents to join our expanding team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to customers to secure outstanding payments. Your primary objective will be to recover debts while consistently upholding a high standard of professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include contacting clients via phone and other channels, diligently following up on overdue accounts, and skillfully negotiating payment plans to ensure timely settlements. You will also be tasked with maintaining precise records of all interactions and transactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, and consistently striving to meet and exceed your assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone calls and other communication channels to recover outstanding debts
Follow up consistently on overdue accounts

Meet and exceed assigned collection targets

Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification
Must own an Android phone with at least 3GB RAM
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Previous experience in collections or customer service is an added advantage

Benefits & Perks

Basic Salary: ₦55,000
Performance Bonus: ₦0 – ₦100,000+
Sunday Work (Optional): ₦8,000 daily incentive
