Job Description

The Elevation Church is looking for a dynamic Digital Producer to spearhead our content creation efforts across YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms. This role is key to enhancing our online presence and engaging our community through compelling multimedia content.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of digital content, from conceptualization and scripting to filming, editing, and distribution. Your work will directly contribute to our outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content calendar for YouTube and social media platforms.
Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production.
Create engaging graphics and written content for social media posts.
Manage and grow our YouTube channel and social media communities.
Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and platform best practices.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with overall communication strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Digital Producer, Content Creator, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing video production and social media content.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent understanding of YouTube and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Film, Communications, or a related field.
