Job Description
PhillipsOutsourcing is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria.
This critical leadership position will be instrumental in establishing and ensuring the operational and financial stability of our new Nigerian entity. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust financial strategies, overseeing all financial operations, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization in the region.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in supporting the establishment and operational stability of the new Nigerian entity.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, financial governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and Nigerian tax regulations.
- Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Utilize ERP systems and leverage experience with SAP.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Finance Director or in a comparable senior finance leadership role.
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
- Sound knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and Nigerian tax regulations.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken) and fluency in at least 2 major local dialects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
