Job Description
Hadley Designs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Growth Strategist to lead and scale our online sales operations. This is a pivotal role for an individual passionate about building robust e-commerce systems, optimizing performance, and driving growth through data-informed strategies.
In this position, you will assume full P&L responsibility for our e-commerce business, with a primary focus on expanding our Amazon presence and developing our multi-channel online footprint. Your expertise will be crucial in driving revenue, refining product positioning, managing pricing, and implementing effective promotional strategies across various online platforms.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business, including revenue growth, margin optimization, pricing, advertising, and inventory management.
- Continuously optimize product listings, content, pricing strategies, and promotional plans to maximize conversion rates, sales, and profitability.
- Identify new product opportunities and market expansion avenues, and collaborate with internal teams to bring them to market successfully.
- Develop and execute plans to manage product demand, inventory levels, and risk mitigation, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Work closely with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams to ensure product availability and accurate messaging across channels.
- Use data to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and improve key performance metrics across e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
- A proven track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and optimizing sales across e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions and improve performance.
- Experience in managing product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- A collaborative, results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage both strategic and tactical elements of e-commerce operations.
