Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Shop Management Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in scaling a high-growth Amazon business. This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity, ideal for an analytical and performance-driven professional.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Amazon storefront, encompassing everything from advanced advertising strategies and meticulous SEO optimization to compelling Product Detail Page (PDP) creation and strategic affiliate growth initiatives. Your expertise will be key to enhancing product visibility, boosting conversion rates, and driving significant revenue growth within the Amazon ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account.
  • Oversee storefront performance, product listings, and category optimization.
  • Monitor account health, suppressions, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate launches for new products and product updates.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon Ad dashboards including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and ACoS.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams to improve ad creative performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and descriptions.
  • Improve organic ranking and discoverability across Amazon search.
  • Continuously test and refine SEO strategies based on performance insights.
  • Create and optimize high-converting PDPs.
  • Develop A+ content and enhanced brand content.
  • Optimize product imagery, infographics, and copy for conversion.
  • Work with design and content teams to improve product storytelling.
  • Manage Amazon affiliate relationships and influencer partnerships.
  • Support Amazon Creator & Influencer storefront initiatives.
  • Identify new affiliate growth opportunities.
  • Track affiliate performance and ROI.
  • Analyze sales trends, ad performance, and listing performance.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Experience supporting Amazon businesses with $20M–$100M annual run rates.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Proven experience with Amazon SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Experience creating and optimizing PDPs and A+ content.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing Amazon affiliates and influencer programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry (nice to have).
  • Experience launching new products on Amazon (nice to have).
  • Experience working with creative/design teams (nice to have).
  • Experience with Amazon international marketplaces (nice to have).
