We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced oil & gas environment. This role requires a strong grounding in finance and commercial thinking, extending beyond traditional administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include providing high-level executive and administrative support, assisting with financial tracking, reporting, and documentation, and supporting the preparation of business cases, budgets, and financial summaries. You will also coordinate strategic meetings and follow up on action items, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
