Job Description
Beyond Credit Limited is urgently seeking a proactive Field Recovery Officer to join our Lagos team. This role is critical in managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring the financial health of our loan portfolio.
You will be responsible for engaging with debtors, conducting thorough reviews of at-risk loan portfolios, and implementing effective recovery strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to minimizing non-performing loans and protecting the company's assets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Recover bad debts from debtors.
- Conduct regular reviews and visits to clients with outstanding loan portfolios.
- Daily review of outstanding and overdue loan clients.
- Make regular reports and suggestions to the bank on recovery actions.
- Recovery of classified loans.
- Initiate prosecution processes for hard-core debtors.
- Negotiate work-out plans with willing debtors.
- Liaise with branches to manage and monitor non-performing loans.
Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in Recovery in a Microfinance Institution.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Great planning and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, listening skills, and ability to communicate and negotiate with debtors.
- Articulate and result-oriented.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to keep records and be a great team player.
- Strong methodical approach to complete assigned tasks.
- Accurate, organized, and motivated.
- Previous loan recovery experience.
