Job Description
InstantEase is hiring a Field Sales Associate to be the face of our company on the ground in Lagos, Nigeria.
Your primary mission will be to identify, visit, pitch, and onboard restaurants, food vendors, health stores, and logistics partners that will power our platform. You will build genuine relationships with business owners and decision-makers, guide prospects through our partnership terms, and answer their questions confidently. Maintaining an accurate pipeline of prospects and gathering on-the-ground feedback are also key responsibilities. You will represent the InstantEase brand professionally at all times and meet and exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential vendors (healthy food outlets, restaurants, organic stores, meal prep businesses) and logistics partners across your assigned zones
- Make in-person visits to vendor and logistics locations to pitch the InstantEase value proposition
- Build genuine relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Walk prospects through our partnership terms and answer their questions confidently
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process from first conversation to going live on the platform
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects and update the team on progress daily
- Gather on-the-ground feedback from partners and relay insights to the product and operations teams
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets
- Represent the InstantEase brand professionally at all times
