Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling our real estate and farm investment products.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, educating them on our offerings, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of the Lagos market.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to individuals, corporate organizations, and investors to introduce our farm and real estate products.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, visits, referrals, and marketing activations.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, pricing, and investment returns.
- Convert prospects into paying customers and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend site inspections, property tours, and sales meetings when required.
- Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND qualification (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (real estate or investment sales experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Must be familiar with the Lagos market and willing to work on the field when required.
- Ability to use basic digital tools (WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) is an advantage.
