In this mid-level role, you will be instrumental in expanding our fleet by recruiting and onboarding skilled 3PL riders and logistics companies. Your expertise in lead generation, cost negotiation, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) implementation will be crucial for effective 3PL management. You will leverage a data-driven approach to enhance rider quality, optimize fulfillment rates, and streamline operational processes. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field recruitment and sourcing of 3rd party logistics (3PL) riders and companies.
- Generate and convert leads for 3PL riders, meeting recruitment and onboarding targets.
- Utilize data to improve fleet recruitment management and ensure the onboarding of high-quality riders.
- Guarantee a 100% fulfillment rate for deliveries made by 3PL riders.
- Negotiate delivery costs with 3PL riders.
- Develop and implement SLAs and processes for effective 3PL provider management.
- Conduct regular audits of delivery and return pickup data.
- Manage and train 3PL partners to enhance the distribution value chain.
- Monitor and manage live operations to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and conduct product demonstrations as required.
- Coordinate fleet expansion initiatives and identify/develop new markets.
- Respond to 3PL rider inquiries, follow up, and resolve any arising issues.
- Lead communication with fleet affiliates and independent riders on maximizing earnings while delivering quality service.
- Create and maintain a reliable 3PL rider feedback program.
- Identify and implement improvements to services and process efficiencies.
- Apply market insights, relationship-building skills, and innovative thinking to unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fleet Operations, including recruitment, training, and management.
- Proven experience in strategic recruitment of fleets to ensure cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with various tech platforms and reporting tools.
