This critical role involves providing comprehensive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive manufacturing excellence, optimize our supply chain, enhance business development, and ensure robust financial performance for sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations across all departments.
- Manage and optimize manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, including market expansion and product diversification initiatives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability and financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior management staff and departmental heads to drive performance and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, partnerships, and external engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role.
- Experience within the agrifood or FMCG sector is an advantage.
