Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead our large-scale mechanised farm operations in Imeko, Ogun State. This is a pivotal permanent position for a strategic leader who can drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all farm activities. - Develop and implement strategic plans for farm growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee all daily farm operations, including crop production, machinery maintenance, and human resources.

Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within a large-scale agricultural setting.
- Age 35 years and above.
