Job Description
ARM Holding Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for IT Service Delivery to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos.
This pivotal role serves as the crucial link between ARM Group's business units and our IT engineering and application support functions. You will be responsible for transforming complex business challenges into well-defined, actionable IT solutions, ensuring all technology delivery objectives are met with precision in terms of time, budget, and quality.
As a dual-facing leader, you will build credibility with senior business stakeholders by demonstrating a profound understanding of ARM's business model. Simultaneously, you will manage a high-performing delivery team capable of producing structured, engineering-ready outputs, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact between business units and the IT engineering team for solution scoping and delivery.
- Lead the translation of business requirements into structured functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements sessions with business leads.
- Challenge business assumptions and identify the most effective IT solutions.
- Own the team's primary KPI: ensuring IT meets business initiative delivery targets.
- Design and maintain a delivery governance framework for transparency on project status, risks, and escalations.
- Oversee portfolio-level tracking of all business-IT engagements.
- Report regularly to the CIO and business executives on delivery performance.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify development opportunities.
- Define team operating rhythms, ways of working, and documentation standards.
- Recruit and onboard talent to support ARM Group's technology ambitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with heads of business units and senior executives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on leveraging technology.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope changes, timelines, or resource constraints.
- Represent the IT Service Delivery team in executive forums and steering committees.
- Define and refine the team's engagement model from request to handover.
- Introduce and embed best-practice frameworks like Agile and PRINCE2.
- Identify patterns in business problems to develop reusable solution templates.
- Champion the adoption of project management tooling and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or a related function.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or mid-level management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects in a financial services or asset management environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution scoping methodologies.
- Track record of senior stakeholder management, including engagement at executive and board level.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (CBAP) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Nigeria's financial services regulatory environment and digital transformation trends is desirable.
- Exposure to wealth management platforms, core banking systems, or capital markets technology is desirable.
