Job Description
Fueled, now part of the 10up brand, is a premier digital strategy, design, and engineering agency seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to join our Americas team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of innovative digital products and experiences for leading enterprise clients. You will manage a portfolio of challenging projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4 - 7 active projects, taking senior-level ownership of all project scopes, plans, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope/expectation management.
- Consistently track and analyze project progress and budget burn, escalating concerns and risks to group and project leadership for appropriate mitigation.
- Ensure superior quality deliverables by engaging cross-discipline leadership and enforcing rigorous QA processes and standards for end-to-end delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead discovery engagements (onsite and remotely) to expertly define cross-discipline project requirements and demonstrate an expert understanding of underlying client business goals.
- Proactively recognize and realize opportunities to deepen client partnerships and expand account value.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment.
- Practical understanding of the WordPress platform is preferred.
- Ability to describe tangible examples of deescalating project risks through collaborative solutions with team members and leadership.
- Primarily client-facing roles with experience as the main point of contact for client requests, escalations, comprehensive updates, and senior-level consultation.
- Proven track record of leading cross-discipline project teams (account strategy, experience design, engineering, QA, support) and keeping them motivated and on task.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, both internally and externally.
