Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of facility maintenance activities.
Support the management of building systems, infrastructure, and grounds.
Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to facility operations.
Participate in site inspections and safety audits.
Assist in vendor management and contract administration.
Contribute to budget tracking and cost control initiatives.
Undertake special projects as assigned by the facility management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Recent graduate with little to no prior professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
