We are seeking a welcoming and professional Hostess to enhance the dining experience at a dynamic restaurant in Dubai. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a positive initial impression, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless seating process.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, maintaining an organized seating plan, and escorting diners to their tables. You will also provide essential information about the restaurant's offerings and address any guest inquiries or concerns with courtesy and professionalism. Close collaboration with the service staff is key to ensuring timely and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Provide information about the restaurant’s offerings and answer guest inquiries
- Coordinate with the wait staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area
- Assist wait staff and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and handle challenging situations professionally
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage
