Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth employee relations and a positive work environment that reflects our company’s culture and values. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient HR functions within our healthcare facility.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and supporting the HR Business Partner in implementing HR initiatives and engagement activities. You will handle employee requests, inquiries, and grievances professionally and confidentially, while maintaining HR documentation. Scheduling HR meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental records are also part of the role, ensuring compliance with company policies and staying updated with HR trends.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years’ HR/People Ops experience
  • CIPM certified
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High integrity and attention to detail
