Qualifications
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the fintech sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and L&D.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
