Job Description
Join Lokal App, a rapidly expanding platform dedicated to empowering millions across India through accessible technology and knowledge. We are seeking a motivated Associate - Onboarding & Engagement to play a crucial role in our Eaze app, an emotional wellness platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruiting, training, and onboarding our wellness buddies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the quality of support provided to users seeking emotional well-being services.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process.
- Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturity.
- Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with the necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Chatrooms, Social Media, Creator Onboarding or Community Operations.
- Good understanding of mental health principles or adaptability to learn - this is for assessing and supporting wellness buddies along the process.
- Fluency in Telugu (must know Read, Write & Speak) along with proficiency in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams
- Strong skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
