We are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Executive to spearhead strategic hiring initiatives for a leading financial institution in Lagos.

- The confidence to influence stakeholders, challenge hiring decisions, and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Expertise in sourcing, market mapping, executive search, and modern recruitment tools.
