Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing unique interior design concepts that align with client needs and expectations. You will create mood boards and visual presentations to effectively communicate your design ideas.
Key duties include conducting spatial assessments, developing optimized layout plans, and ensuring efficient utilization of spaces while adhering to safety and building codes.
You will also research and source appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes, providing clients with samples and detailed specifications.
Client collaboration is central to this position, involving meetings to discuss preferences, budgets, and project objectives, maintaining clear communication throughout the design process.
Furthermore, you will create and manage project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and facilitate negotiations with suppliers to ensure designs remain within financial constraints.
This role requires overseeing the execution of design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other professionals on-site.
Staying informed about local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards is crucial to ensure all designs comply with relevant guidelines.

Qualifications

- Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit (BIM preferred), 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of materials and fabrics used in interior design.
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
