Job Description
We are seeking a talented Interior Design Architect to join a dynamic team focused on creating exceptional living and working spaces.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed architectural and cabinetry drawings, as well as producing compelling 2D and 3D design presentations and visualizations.
You will also be responsible for conducting site visits to ensure accurate measurements and project coordination, collaborating closely with contractors and suppliers to guarantee the precise execution of designs. Furthermore, you will prepare material specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and comprehensive design documentation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed architectural and cabinetry drawings using relevant design software.
- Produce 2D and 3D design presentations, renderings, and visualizations.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in interior design and cabinetry design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, or equivalent design software.
- Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
