Job Description
DezynCycle is seeking a talented and self-driven Mid-Level Architectural Designer to join our innovative design team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading turnkey projects from their initial conceptualization all the way through to successful execution. This position requires a unique blend of strong design thinking, robust technical expertise, effective leadership abilities, and excellent coordination skills to ensure project success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead turnkey architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and present design concepts.
- Manage project timelines and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure technical feasibility and adherence to design standards.
- Oversee the execution phase of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably in a mid-level capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing turnkey projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
