Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing and outreach.
- Manage candidate communication via WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Organize and maintain candidate data in Google tools.
- Support the HR team with administrative recruitment tasks.
- Learn and apply basic HR principles and recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to social media recruitment efforts.
