Key Responsibilities

Originate, structure, and execute capital market transactions from inception to completion.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base and transaction pipeline.
Provide strategic advisory and market intelligence to clients and senior management.
Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing deal teams for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Master's or professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA is an advantage).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in capital markets or investment banking.
Must be a SEC-sponsored individual.
