Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to manage and optimize our organization’s entire IT ecosystem across multiple locations. This role is crucial for ensuring secure, stable, and efficient IT operations that support a wide range of functions, including office users, design teams, production systems, showroom technology, and business management platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in system administration, network management, cybersecurity, and production IT support within a multi-site environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of IT functions, from Microsoft 365 administration and network connectivity to data backup, disaster recovery, and specialized software support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the organization’s entire IT ecosystem across multiple locations.
- Ensure secure, stable, and efficient IT operations.
- Provide IT support for office users, design teams, production systems, showroom technology, and business management platforms.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Manage network and connectivity (VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Wi-Fi).
- Oversee data storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity and compliance measures.
- Administer business software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Zoho CRM).
- Support design and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Blender).
- Support production and factory software and machinery IT environments.
- Manage showroom and retail technology (CCTV, Biometrics, POS Systems).
- Provide user support, training, and helpdesk management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and IT strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 – 9 years experience in System Administration.
- Proven experience managing multi-location IT environments.
- Strong background in manufacturing or factory IT systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Administration and Windows Server environments.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall configuration).
- Experience with NAS, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Zoho CRM.
- Experience supporting high-performance workstations and design software.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
