Key Responsibilities
- Support the Production Manager in analyzing and improving production processes.
- Apply engineering methods to enhance equipment performance and reduce inefficiencies.
- Develop and visualize key performance indicators, exploring AI applications for data analysis.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts to achieve high quality standards and minimize waste.
- Engage with shop floor personnel to improve machinery maintenance and workplace organization.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of processes by adopting innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or Management preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI Chatbots.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Determined, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong interest in the production field.
- Proactive with good organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
