Job Description

Quickshelter, an innovative PropTech company, is seeking a dedicated Legal Intern (NYSC) to join our team in Osborne, Ikoyi, Lagos. This is an exceptional opportunity for a law graduate who has recently completed their NYSC orientation to gain invaluable practical experience within the dynamic real estate technology sector.

You will work closely with our legal department, contributing to various legal processes and supporting the company's compliance and operational needs. We are looking for a proactive individual eager to grow in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on various aspects of property law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Support the legal team in ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in legal due diligence processes and provide administrative support to the legal department.
  • Contribute to the development of internal legal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
  • Must have recently completed NYSC orientation camp (Batch A Stream 2).
  • Must have attended Law school.
  • Preferably Male for gender balance.
  • Willingness to grow and learn in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Proximity to the Osborne, Ikoyi location is an added advantage.
