Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Associate Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of residential and lifestyle projects from concept through to construction documentation. You will work closely with senior architects, interior designers, and project teams to bring visionary ideas to life while developing your own skills in a collaborative and inspiring studio environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of architectural and interior design concepts, preparing design drawings and visualizations, producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, and coordinating with consultants. You will also participate in client presentations, conduct site visits, research materials, and support the team in preparing tender documents.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of architectural and interior design concepts for residential projects (villas, apartments, townhouses, and boutique developments).
- Prepare and develop design drawings, including schematic designs, detailed plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
- Produce technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.
- Conduct site visits and measurements as required.
- Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
- Support the team in preparing tender documents, specifications, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to studio standards and quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an architectural or interior design studio (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction technology.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills with the ability to produce high-quality 3D renders and presentations.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and current trends in residential architecture is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A creative mindset with genuine passion for design and living spaces.
- Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing academic and/or professional projects, with emphasis on residential or hospitality-related work.
