Job Description
We are seeking a proactive KYC Operations Officer to manage our field agents and ensure the timely and accurate completion of KYC and address verification tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for assigning daily KYC/address verification tasks to field agents, monitoring their performance to ensure Time-Against-Task (TAT) compliance, and tracking all assigned and completed verifications accurately. You will also review submitted reports for completeness and accuracy, and follow up with agents on pending or delayed tasks.
Maintaining clear records of all verification activities and liaising with clients and internal teams on KYC updates will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in the KYC workflow to enhance operational effectiveness.

- Assign daily KYC/address verification tasks to field agents

Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in KYC operations or a similar role
- Experience managing field agents
- Strong understanding of verification processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
