Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to join our esteemed legal team. This role is pivotal in providing expert guidance on complex real estate transactions and offering comprehensive consultancy services to our clients. You will play a key role in structuring intricate deals and ensuring legal compliance.

Your responsibilities will include managing property transactions from start to finish, conducting thorough title searches and due diligence, and perfecting property titles. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing all necessary contracts, deeds, and agreements, ensuring strict adherence to all land and property laws. Furthermore, you will contribute to our knowledge base by writing legal articles and creating simplified real estate legal content.
