Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer to join our dynamic real estate team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing essential legal support, meticulously handling contracts, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant compliance standards.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting various contracts such as leases and sales agreements, ensuring compliance with Nigerian land and property laws, managing legal disputes and litigation, and supporting complex transactions and due diligence processes.
