Job Description

Davsammy is actively seeking skilled and trustworthy Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending loan applications while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to all regulatory standards.

You will be instrumental in identifying and onboarding new clients, conducting thorough due diligence, and educating them on our diverse loan products. Maintaining accurate records and fostering long-term client relationships are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential loan clients.
  • Assess loan applications and evaluate financial status.
  • Conduct due diligence and verify documents.
  • Recommend loan approvals or rejections.
  • Educate clients on loan products and terms.
  • Monitor loan performance and follow up on repayments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on loan portfolio performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of NCE/OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lending, microfinance, sales, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
