Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics and Inventory Manager to oversee our supply chain operations. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to managing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products across various states.

Your responsibilities will include preparing daily stock reports, monitoring low-stock areas, and strategically replenishing inventory. You will manage the procurement process, process waybills, and diligently follow up on shipments until they reach their destination. A key part of this role involves onboarding and training new delivery partners, ensuring they meet our standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and condition of stored products, submitting daily reports on stock movement and logistics activities, and ensuring all orders are dispatched promptly. Coordinating rider pickups from suppliers and the office, as well as conducting on-site quality inspections at supplier warehouses, will be integral to your duties.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or facility management.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must reside relatively close to Airport Road, Lagos.
