Job Description

ROTIC ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance department, ensuring optimal performance of all factory equipment. Your expertise will be vital in reducing operational downtime and implementing effective preventive and predictive maintenance strategies aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance team to ensure effective machine upkeep.
Prepare regular maintenance reports for the management team.
Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ensure all factory equipment operates at peak efficiency to support production goals.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting industrial machines & automation systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a maintenance team.
