Job Description

Genesis Group is launching its Management Trainee Programme for 2026, seeking ambitious graduates to join their team.

This programme is designed for individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2.1) or HND in Accounting, Food Science, Supply Chain and Inventory Management, Economics & Statistics, or a relevant field. Participants will develop strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools, preparing them for leadership roles in a fast-paced environment.
