Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Management Trainee to integrate into our growing organization.
This role offers a comprehensive learning experience, involving diverse departmental tasks, operational insights, dispute resolution exposure, and active participation in meetings and workshops. You will provide valuable support for training initiatives, contribute suggestions for operational enhancements, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Please note, this role requires willingness to work on Saturdays. Candidates residing in or near the Airport, Isolo, Oshodi, and Ejigbo areas will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Support in the maintenance of company assets
- Help in maintaining the financial records of the company
- Supporting the operations team for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Support the operations and reservation activities of the company.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Following all company regulations and health and safety codes.
- Preparing documents and updating financial and operations records.
- Support sales and customer management departments
- Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
- Product procurement and vendor support
Qualifications
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Superb attention to detail & Excellent time management skills.
- Financial recording and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
