Hi-Altitude Brands, a prominent name in the health and wellness industry, is seeking a motivated Paid Media Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is instrumental in supporting the direct-response media buying efforts, focusing on meticulous data management, accurate reporting, and efficient campaign operations.
As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating performance tracking across key platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Bing. You will also document A/B test results, ensure consistent campaign naming conventions, and identify data discrepancies. Your role will involve compiling performance data, supporting the creation of insightful reports, and monitoring crucial metrics to ensure clear visibility into campaign effectiveness.
Furthermore, you will contribute to competitive research by tracking ad intelligence and monitoring market trends within the health and wellness sector. You will also assist in ad operations, coordinating creative assets and flagging ad account issues for resolution. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update performance tracking across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing), ensuring accuracy in spend, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
- Document and organize A/B test results across creative, landing pages, and audiences to support ongoing optimization
- Ensure consistency in campaign naming conventions and UTM tracking
- Identify and flag data discrepancies or anomalies for review
- Pull and compile performance data from GA4 and advertising platforms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Support the creation of performance reports and summaries used in team syncs and strategy discussions
- Monitor key metrics (CVR, CPA, funnel performance) to maintain clear visibility into campaign performance
- Track and maintain competitive intelligence across ads, messaging, and offers
- Monitor platforms such as Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center to identify trends and new competitors
- Research keyword trends and seasonal patterns within the health and wellness space
- Monitor ad account issues (disapprovals, delivery errors) and flag for resolution
- Organize and maintain creative assets with clear tagging and categorization
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
- Work closely with Media Buyers to support campaign execution and gain exposure to testing and optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about digital marketing and performance advertising
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Internship, coursework, or exposure to digital marketing, advertising, or analytics (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate (Nice to Have)
