Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to join our team and drive impactful marketing initiatives within the FMCG sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, deepening customer engagement, and stimulating demand for our powdered spice and energy drink products.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, conducting thorough market research and consumer insights analysis, and supporting the creation of promotional activities and trade marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to design initiatives that boost distributor engagement and retail performance.

Furthermore, you will manage both digital and traditional marketing activities, monitor campaign performance against key KPIs, and coordinate product launches and field marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive demand for powdered spice and powdered energy drink products.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to understand purchasing behaviours, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Support the development of promotional activities, trade marketing programs, and in-market activations to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team to design marketing initiatives that support distributor engagement and retail performance.
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing activities, including social media campaigns, promotional materials, and brand communication.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs, preparing reports and insights to guide future strategies.
  • Coordinate product launches, brand promotions, and field marketing initiatives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communication and promotional channels.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, trade marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the local FMCG market and customer segments.
