Job Description

Christian Blind Mission (CBM) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Advisor to join our international team.

In this crucial role, you will provide expert technical leadership and strategic guidance for MHPSS programs, with a particular emphasis on humanitarian and fragile contexts. Your focus will be on ensuring high-quality interventions, building local capacity, and promoting inclusive practices, rather than direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in mental health, psychology, psychosocial support, or a related field
  • Strong experience in humanitarian or fragile settings
  • Knowledge of disability-inclusive approaches to MHPSS
  • Experience in capacity building and technical advisory roles
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
