Job Description

Christian Blind Mission (CBM) is seeking a dedicated Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Advisor to join our international team.

In this crucial role, you will provide expert technical leadership and strategic guidance for MHPSS programs, with a particular emphasis on humanitarian and fragile contexts. Your focus will be on ensuring high-quality interventions, building local capacity, and promoting inclusive practices, rather than direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance on MHPSS programming in humanitarian contexts
Support the design, implementation, and quality assurance of MHPSS interventions
Develop and adapt tools, guidelines, and training materials
Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, learning, and documentation processes
Strengthen partnerships and coordination in MHPSS and disability inclusion
Represent CBM in relevant technical and coordination forums

Qualifications

Advanced degree in mental health, psychology, psychosocial support, or a related field
Strong experience in humanitarian or fragile settings
Knowledge of disability-inclusive approaches to MHPSS
Experience in capacity building and technical advisory roles
Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
