We are seeking a skilled Network & Systems Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This role is crucial for maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment.
You will be responsible for administering servers, networks, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and security tools. Your duties will include supporting end-users, overseeing IT assets, and ensuring smooth daily operations through proactive infrastructure management and timely issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure. You will also implement cybersecurity measures, provide technical support via the helpdesk, and manage IT procurement and asset inventory.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, and user accounts.
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) including deployment, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
- Oversee NAS/storage systems, cloud backups, disaster recovery, and system restoration.
- Monitor system performance, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high availability.
- Maintain network infrastructure—routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls—and resolve connectivity issues.
- Work with ISPs to address service interruptions and improve network performance.
- Support VoIP, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems.
- Implement endpoint protection, patching, access controls, and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
- Provide technical support through the helpdesk, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.
- Support meeting rooms, remote sessions, and IT setup for events.
- Manage procurement of laptops and IT equipment, evaluate vendors, and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, track equipment allocation, and manage warranties/repairs.
- Keep IT documentation, system records, and user guides up to date.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support overall IT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years experience in system administration, networking, or IT engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, storage, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with cloud backups, monitoring tools, and enterprise IT environments.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA+, Server+, Linux+, VMware) are an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
