Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records for all travel, visa, tour, and related transactions.
  • Efficiently process customer payments, manage supplier settlements, and handle refunds and reimbursements.
  • Prepare precise invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and various financial reports.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliation of bank accounts, payment platforms, and company ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, detailed profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and comprehensive budget analyses.

Qualifications

  • An HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with a preference for the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
  • ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification (or active pursuit of one) is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-standard accounting software such such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books.
