Job Description
Knox Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented and competent Accountant to manage the company's financial records and operations. This role is integral to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and tracking expenses. This position requires a proactive approach to financial management and a commitment to upholding high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company accounts.
- Track expenses, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare invoices, payment schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with management on financial reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain proper filing of receipts, vouchers, and transaction records.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Zoho Books.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
- Must be able to commute daily to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
