Job Description

Alitheia Capital is actively seeking a curious and analytical early-career professional to join our dynamic team in Lagos as a Junior Analyst focused on Development Programs & Communications.

This role offers a unique capacity-building opportunity, providing extensive exposure to sustainable finance, impact investing, and the critical area of housing delivery within Sub-Saharan Africa.

You will play an integral part in supporting our research endeavors, conducting financial analysis, and managing communications across our diverse real estate, investment, and ecosystem-development initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass conducting in-depth research on housing markets, construction costs, and policy frameworks; building and maintaining financial models and feasibility studies; supporting scenario analysis and investment documentation; and drafting comprehensive reports, presentations, and stakeholder briefing notes.

Furthermore, you will contribute to creating engaging content for our social media and communications platforms, collaborating effectively across multiple workstreams alongside our Senior Analysts and Managers.
